GATE TIMES: Gates typically open 60 minutes prior to the concert – Door Times and Event Times are listed for each show on the venue home page or on your electronic or hard ticket – www.zooampokc.com
EARLY ENTRY: If you purchased ‘Early Entry’ with your General Admission Lawn ticket – this means the venue is accessible by you 30 minutes prior to regular gate time at your event. EX: 6pm Gate Time means 5:30pm for Early Entry purchasers.
RAIN OR SHINE: All concerts scheduled will proceed, even when it’s hot outside or there is rain shown in the forecast so please plan accordingly. Umbrellas are prohibited regardless of the forecast, so all concert goers, no matter where they are sitting or standing, will have their best possible view of the stage.
NO RE-ENTRY: For your safety, re-entry is stricly prohibited.
PURSES/CROSS-BODY BAGS: Concert goers are allowed one small clutch sized purse or bag, with or without straps – All are subject to search at entry and bags larger than 8″x10″ will have to be returned to automobile before fan can enter.
LAWN CHAIRS & BLANKETS: The Zoo Amphitheatre is primarily a General Admisission Lawn venue and Blankets + Chairs are allowed on a show-by-show basis. Due to capacity restrictions and artist requests, we will announce whether Blankets + Chairs will be allowed via social media, emails sent to ticket holders and updated on our website as soon as a decision has been made. This decision is typically made 2-3 weeks before the show.
WILL CALL / DAY OF SHOW TICKET PURCHASES: The Zoo Amphitheatre Box Office is open on show days only. Our Box Office opens promtly at 12PM and stays open for the majority of the evening. New ticket purchases are also available at the box office on the day of the concert through show time. Check the websites to make sure your show is not sold out before heading to the venue: www.zooampokc.com

CAMERA POLICY: At our artists’ request, no flash-photography of any kind is allowed. DSLR Cameras are prohibited. Zoo Amphitheatre reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera at any performance.
ATTENDANCE AGE: All Ages are Welcome! Every attendee must have a paid ticket with *exception of children aged two (2) or younger. Children two (2) and under are Free with their accompanying adult on the General Admission Lawn Only. *All attendees must have a ticket in the VIP section whether seated or pit configuration, regardless of age.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS & ATM: Yes! We accept major credit and debit cards. There are ATMS inside the venue if you need to obtain cash while attending a concert.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: There are several concession stands with a variety of food and beverage options. No outside food or beverage allowed.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Beer and liquor are available for purchase by patrons 21 years of age and older- limited to two drinks per person, per purchase. Management reserves the right to refuse service and/or eject guests appearing intoxicated or who are disturbing the concert and its guests in any way. Including any guests under age 21 who are illegally consuming alcohol
MERCHANDISE: Merchandise booths are located near the enterance at the high point of the venue.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations are typically due to inclement weather and is determined by The National Weather Service on the day of a show. Before heading out, check the venue’s Social Pages: https://www.facebook.com/zooampokc – cancellations are clearly listed inside of the events and on the venue home page – a Pinned Post on Facebook will always obtain the latest info Day of Show and will also be noted on our official website: www.zooampokc.com
REFUNDS: If your event is canceled, refunds will appear on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
SMOKING: There is a no-smoking policy inside the venue gates. We ask you do not smoke cigarettes, marijuana, or use vaping devices while near other patrons as many are allergic and it ruins their concert experience – we ask patrons that must smoke to head to the fenced areas at the perimeter of the venue on either side.
FREE PARKING: Free Parking is available at The Oklahoma Science Museum and at Remington Park. There are also many paid parking opportunities on private lots close to the venue (the Zoo Amphitheatre does not own or operate paid parking areas).
ACCESSIBLE SEATING: We are primarily a General Admission Venure. We recently completed a capital improvement project at the Zoo Amphitheater with the installation of a paved ADA accessible walkway with designated seating areas within the venue. This new pathway provides access to concessions, food and drinks, as well as temporary ADA facilities that are available for each concert. Additionally, the pathway is accessible from the venue’s ADA entry gate. Please speak with a security member to be escorted to the ADA accesible walkway. Concert patrons only require a GA Lawn ticket to utilize this area. Please note that the PIT and the VIP Deck are not ADA accessible.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING: ADA parking is provided for all concerts with designated spots at the recreation center across from the Amphitheater’s main entrance. A complimentary shuttle service is available from the parking area to the ADA entry gate for guests needing assistance. Our goal is to ensure every guest attending an event at the Zoo Amphitheater has an enjoyable experience and that venue services offered are accessible for all.
SECURITY: We have a private security team and off-duty Oklahoma City Police Officers on staff before, during and after all events for the safety of fans, staff, and performers. All fans are subject to search prior to being admitted to the venue.
LOST & FOUND: Please email your description of the item lost along with your contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org Monday through Friday 10a-5p. Items found within the venue are placed in a secure location and held 30 days.
TICKET DELIVERY METHOD WHEN PURCHASING FROM OFFICIAL WEBSITE IN ADVANCE:
Select ‘Print-At-Home’ and your tickets can be printed out or scanned from your phone, either are acceptable at the gate day of show.
Select ‘Will Call’ and you will be able to pick up a hard copy of your tickets on the day of the show with your photo ID and Credit Card used for purchase
Select ‘Mail’ and your tickets will be hard copy and sent via Standard Mail within 5 – 10 business days. If your tickets haven’t arrived after 14 days, please call ETIX: 800-514-3849 Do not use this method if your show is less than three weeks away

WATER BOTTLE POLICY IN EFFECT ONLY IF TEMPERATURES ARE DEEMED EXTREME BY LOCAL WEATHER SOURCES
You are allowed one (1) light plastic refillable water bottle that is empty that you may fill upon entering the venue. Recommend a store bought Dasani, Aquafina, Etc. to drink while waiting in line to enter the venue and then refilling the empty bottle once you’ve entered the venue. NOT PERMITTED: Camelbaks, Hard/Heavy Plastic Water Bottles, IV Hydration packs, Metal or other potentially harmful drink containers of any kind.
